We would like to offer our sympathy to all who are hurt by the coronavirus. This is a difficult time for all of us, with a lot of uncertainty about the near future. With this page we would like to answer some questions you may have and inform you of the steps Holmatro is taking to keep supporting you.

Holmatro offices / factories

All Holmatro offices (Netherlands, United States, China and United Kingdom) and factories (Netherlands and United States) are still open and running. All offices, however, do follow the provided guidelines and regulations by the local governments. The guidelines include: 

  • Holmatro Netherlands 
    • The factory is still up and running.
    • We’re welcoming only a limited amount of visitors on both our locations Zalmweg and Lissenveld.
      • Maximum of 3 visitors for each appointment /  training  
      • By entering the building all visitors must do a short health check
      • All visitors and employees must keep 1.5 meter distance from each other
      • All visitors and employees must apply to the hygienic guidelines  (washing hands frequently, use sanitizers)

  • Holmatro USA
    • The factory is still running for our most critical products, which include:
      • Hydraulic Rescue Tools for Fire Department rescue operations
      • Equipment for critical convoy rescue operations
      • Emergency rescue breaching equipment
      • Confined space rescue equipment
    • The office is closed for visitors, but we are still available to contact by email or phone: 410-768-9662
      • Training classes to resume August 2020 with restrictions

All Holmatro dealers are following the local government guidelines for health and safety precautions. This means all dealer locations are open for contact by email or phone, but some might be closed for visitors or only open after appointment. Tool maintenance and service
